Child Support
Payments for child support may be made by cash or money order. Business checks pursuant to a Notice to Payor are also accepted. Payments received by this office prior to 2PM are normally processed and mailed out the same day. To assist us in processing payments, providing your POSSE Case Number on your payment is appreciated.
Fines and Restitution
Individuals who are sentenced by this Court on criminal charges will be ordered to make fines/fee and restitution payments through this office. Payments may be made by cash or money order. To assist us in processing payments, providing your Criminal Docket Number assures that your payment will be applied to your correct case.
Civil Garnishments
Monies collected on writs of garnishment issued pursuant to an order filed in this Court will be held for ten days before the funds are sent to the attorney who filed the garnishment.
