Action: Ask the Questions below; ask the person to repeat information if necessary. LISTEN. Record everything you can. Do not interrupt the caller. Record the exact time of the call and use the caller's exact words when writing information. Evacuate all personnel in the building to a clear area away from everything, including vehicles.
