Rules & Regulations for Land Usage
The Sweetwater County Land Use Office has created a set of codes that help guide the citizens of Sweetwater County as they develop their land. These codes consist of the documents listed below and can either be viewed in Microsoft Word or Adobe.

As Sweetwater County grows, these documents change. Language amendments were integrated into their respective documents in January 2011.  New language amendments are available below.
