On December 16, 2008 the Board of County Commissioners adopted the Sweetwater County Nuisance Regulations.

Draft Unified Development Code

On June 13, 2007 the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended the Draft Unified Development Code to the Board of County Commissioners by Recommendation 07-06-PZ-01.  Find out more about this document by following the links. 

Development Moratorium in Reliance

On November 6, 2007, the Board of County Commissioners issued a Moratorium on Development within the Reliance Water System Region. This moratorium will be in force and effect until the Reliance public water system is repaired and upgraded to comply with the 2006 Edition of the International Fire Code and all other applicable regulations.
