Development Codes

The Sweetwater County Land Use Office has created a set of rules and regulations that help guide the citizens of Sweetwater County as they develop their land.  These codes consist of the documents listed below. Click on the title of any of the documents to get more information.  These documents can either be viewed in Microsoft Word or Adobe. 

As Sweetwater County grows, these documents change.  Language Amendments were integrated into their respective documents in January 2011.  New Language Amendments to these documents can be viewed by following the links below the development codes.
